Get ready for a BFIT session online! Join us via Zoom for a 45-minute session designed to help you become stronger week by week. Build up your strength with simple exercises, with step by step instruction and variations to suit your body’s ability. Make sure you do the Activate session the day before so you are ready to engage musical activation and remember how good your posture feels supporting your strength work. A great way to work towards your fitness goals. WEDNESDAYS: Intensity A session you can join with or without your weights. A challenge you have been working towards.
