If you are new to Pilates or just starting with Sarah, this beginner class is perfect for you. With Sarah's clear language and guidance, you will learn the basics and become familiar with each exercise. Learn how to connect & move to your body safely. Sarah will teach you the principles of Pilates and how to harness the Pilates technique to use in your day to day life and allow you to begin or continue your journey with exercise, encouraging progression every step of the way. It takes 3 sessions to begin to understand and embody the Pilates principles. Give yourself 10 weeks of sessions to really allow yourself to master the exercises, and for your muscles to work like they may never have done so before.
