A small group class which targets your cardio, mobility and strength all at once. Join a small group where Sarah will teach you how to best work through your range of movement to develop strength within your mobility and for your whole body to benefit from this strength and cardio session. Please be aware that it is ideal for you to already be taking Pilates classes with Sarah before booking this class. Please contact Sarah if you want to get started.
