What to expect
Get ready for a BFIT session online! Join us via Zoom for a 45-minute session designed to help you become stronger week by week. Build upon your strength with weights, finding POWER in your ever increasing strength and mobility. Utilising what you learn in your KETTLEBELLS, ACTIVATE and STRENGTH sessions, this session will challenge you on another level. Make sure you book the Activate session at the beginning of the week so you are ready to engage the correct muscles and remember how good your posture feels whilst loading your body with extra weight.
