Sarah established Bfit in 2015.
She offers a small range of classes which suit a large range of people.

About Sarah

Sarah brings her training, knowledge and passion to you in a mix of dance and fitness classes catering for everyone;
for anyone who loves to dance, or just wants to get fit and more mobile.

Whilst training in Dance it became apparent in her teens that dance was her link to fitness.
As well as wanting to be within a healthy body,
enjoying the exercise was evidently the key motivation.
Training her body to be free, mobile and strong in order to dance various styles,
is where her passion comes from to motivate others to be active.  
Most importantly she encourages others to enjoy their choice of activity.
With her training and skills Sarah has a repertoire of choreographed classes
ready to teach and adapt to any age or ability.

Sarah has come from a background of Ballet, Tap and Modern/Jazz dance, and studied further with 

Contemporary and Musical Theatre.

She believes it is important to be a versatile dancer and keeps up to date with the dance world by taking 

frequent classes in London
